Use it or lose it

Joint flexibility is something most of us really don't think too much about until it goes. It's not something you notice overnight but one day you suddenly have to think about kicking your leg up to tie your lace. 

It's easy to see how practices like tai chi and yoga came about. Regular movement practices are the simplest way to maintain mobility. But what do you do when you've spent the last 20 years being chair shaped for 8 hours a day?

Muscles can become short and weak restricting functional movement. By using the most up to date techniques we can bring length back to the muscle. Proper training technique, nutrition and hydration all help to maintain muscle and joint health after that.
