Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. For me training has almost always been something I loved doing. A lot of people who come in for assessments often say they don't enjoy training, but once they get started they find out they actually do.
